Miranda D. Lawson

Miranda D. Lawson is originally from Florida and holds a BFA in music with a concentration in Musical Theatre. She has been a teacher for more than a decade and has devoted much of her time and talent to the education of students in the arts. She has developed several programs throughout her years of teaching including many youth Musical Theatre programs, Educational shows for schools and other learning institutions, as well as music arrangement and script writing.

Miranda has been my teacher, director, and mentor since 2012, and has been a phenomenal rolemodel to me through my years with STC. She has helped the chairs and I manage the planning of this years Curtains Up event and show, and I could not be more grateful. She has helped us plan meetings, finalize decisions, and guided us through every obstacle that could have possibly arrived.
